Changes name to fair usage policy defines a role for Community Workgroup in administering the policy. requires persons asked to leave to contact the Community Workgroup about the events, or attend a meeting before returning to the space. makes non darkroom usage of dark room and server room out of bounds suggests less than banning consequences for certain events.
