Predicated on Proposal #20 -- explicitly prohibit the sale, transfer, and use of classified-illegal substances in the Noisebridge space.

If there's no defined punishment, or if a single member can block someone's ban for bringing/dealing/using drugs in the space, this will be a meaningless gesture. But yeah, I would vote in favor of this.
